PHP, originally standing for “Personal Home Page Tools,” is now a recursive acronym, PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, a scripting language primarily used for web development. It’s a server-side language, meaning it runs on the server to generate dynamic content that is then sent to the user’s browser. PHP is widely used for creating websites, web applications, and other online tools. I now use Tailwind as the style sheet as I find it very fast to use and it is a mobile first language.
